About
Birth and Pressure
Some of the most important moments in life place us under pressure — whether in birth, leadership, or the turning points that shape who we become.
In these moments, our responses are shaped by the interaction between belief, physiology, and the nervous system.
My work explores this relationship and helps people create greater congruence between what they consciously want and how their body and mind respond.
My Journey
My path into this work began in healthcare.
As a Registered Nurse and later a Registered Midwife, I witnessed firsthand how the body responds to pressure and transition. Birth in particular revealed how deeply belief patterns and nervous system responses influence physiology, instinct, and decision-making.
From Healthcare to Business
Alongside my clinical work, I also spent years in the business world, including medical sales and later building and managing a regional tourism business in Bundaberg.
These experiences exposed me to another form of pressure — leadership, responsibility, and complex decision-making in real-world environments.
Together, these worlds shaped my interest in the intersection of belief, biology, and human behaviour.
The Focus of My Work
Today my work centres on helping people create greater congruence between what they consciously want and how their nervous system and belief patterns respond.
I draw on a combination of clinical experience, behavioural insight, and belief repatterning approaches such as PSYCH-K®, alongside coherence practices including HeartMath®.This work supports people navigating moments where clarity, alignment, and grounded responses matter most.
Where This Work Shows Up
This work appears in different environments
• Private belief repatterning sessions • Congruence under pressure work for leadership and life transitions • Birth alignment workshops
While these contexts may look different, they are connected by the same question:
How do we respond when life places us under pressure — and what becomes possible when belief and biology move into alignment?
Every shift creates a ripple. The first ripple begins within.
